Founder of Col Canto Consulting,
Dr. Patrick Cook is an American Heldentenor, Voice Teacher, and Artistic Consultant based in Berlin, Germany. He has sung principal roles with the Metropolitan Opera, Washington National Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern, Theater Aachen, and Landestheater Coburg. Additionally, Patrick maintains an active presence in arts administration and artistic consulting. He serves as an elected Soloist Governor for the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) and previous positions include Social Media Consultant for Wolf Trap Opera, as well as key support roles for Potomac Vocal Institute and University of Maryland’s Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center. Patrick is committed to guiding and empowering the next generation of artists and is passionate about raising the floor for others. The mission of Col Canto Consulting is to foster collaboration and cultivate community to ensure that emerging artists have the resources they need to Take the Leap and Go Get That Job.
